To access the full range of Vega888 services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Vega888 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Vega888 support immediately via live chat. Vega888 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Vega888 requires Members to complete a KYC verification process. This involves the submission of: a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), and may additionally require proof of residential address or proof of payment method. KYC documents are reviewed within one business hour under normal operating conditions.

Vega888 processes all financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform:

Supported Deposit Methods: Vega888 currently accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB, with a minimum equivalent deposit value of MYR 30.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 across all supported payment channels. Vega888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, fees applied by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification has been completed.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit by the same registered account holder, or to a verified bank account matching the account holder's name.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of promotion:

1. Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligible Games: Certain games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. 3. Minimum Odds: For promotions involving sports betting, a minimum qualifying odds threshold may apply. Bets placed below the specified minimum odds will not count toward wagering requirements.
4. Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus in their account at a time unless Vega888 expressly permits the concurrent holding of multiple bonuses in a specific promotion's terms.
6. Bonus Abuse: Any Member found to be exploiting bonus offers through strategic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including but not limited to hedging bets across markets to guarantee profit — will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account reviewed. Vega888's determination in such matters is final.
7. No-Bonus Deposits: Members who do not wish to receive bonus funds may opt out at the point of deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to an account and wagering commenced, the bonus cannot be removed without simultaneously voiding any associated winnings.

All wagers placed on the Vega888 platform are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules applicable to sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game types supplement these general rules where applicable.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Vega888 does not accept bet cancellation requests except where permitted by specific event rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes resulting from a technical fault, Vega888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts.
• Sports betting markets are offered subject to event availability. Vega888 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or amend betting markets at any time prior to an event commencing.
• Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Odds during in-play betting are subject to real-time variation. All accepted in-play bets are binding at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance.
• For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, and other football markets, Asian Handicap and Over/Under bets are settled in accordance with the official match result including any injury-time goals. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included in standard match result bets unless explicitly specified.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP percentages represent long-run theoretical return rates and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Vega888 platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or the KYC process.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one member account on the platform.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Vega888 platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Vega888 content without prior written consent from Vega888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vega888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your own failure to secure your credentials.

Vega888 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via platform notification in advance where operationally feasible.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Vega888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow members to maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling facilities are available to all registered members through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the member at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.

• The member's request for account closure.

In the event of account suspension or closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the completion of all applicable KYC requirements.
